🚚 Shipping Policy

All products are custom-made to order, and production begins after design approval.
Standard production time is 3–7 business days, depending on design complexity.
Delivery timelines may vary based on location and logistics availability.
We aim to provide free delivery and installation where applicable.
Orders are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays caused by courier services, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

📦 Delivery Conditions

Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
Any changes to the address must be informed before dispatch.
Once shipped, tracking details (if available) will be shared.

Return & Exchange Policy

As all our products are customized, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the order is delivered and accepted.

✅ Exceptions (Eligible for Replacement Only):

Product received is damaged during delivery
Manufacturing defect in the product

To be eligible:

Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Customer must provide photo/video proof

After verification, we will offer a replacement or repair, as applicable.

❌ Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns or refunds will not be accepted for:

Approved designs (after customer confirmation)
Minor color or finish variations due to lighting or screen differences
Damage caused by improper handling, installation, or external factors

🛡️ Warranty Support

Products come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and LED issues (if applicable). This does not cover physical damage or misuse.
